Is anyone on here totaly off grid? I am buildi g my retirement home in southern Colorado and will be 100% off grid. With solar electric and wood heat !
The outfitter we've used a couple times for Elk hunting in Colorado was off grid. He had a pretty sweet set up. Solar with the battery bank and a diesel generator that would cycle when needed.
I need all the info I can get. I want to go solar on my house. I use waaaay too much in the Texas summers and almost none in the rest of the year. Makes it really hard to find the right electric plan too 🙄
